Infinitome
Brain MRI analysis and functional connectivity mapping for neurological research, without coding required.
Overview
Infinitome is a cloud-based neuro research platform developed by Omniscient Neurotechnology (o8t) that converts raw MRI data into detailed functional network maps of the human brain. It is designed for researchers and clinicians working in neurosurgery, neurology, and psychology, and is built to support projects of varying scales without requiring users to write code. The platform is HIPAA compliant and intended for research use only, not as a medical device.
The platform addresses the challenge of interpreting large volumes of functional connectivity data alongside anatomical and biological information. Using machine learning and automation, Infinitome is built to accelerate research and clinical trials across a range of neurological and psychiatric conditions.

Core Platform Capabilities
- Subject-specific brain mapping: Combines and automates computational techniques from research institutions with in-house technologies to generate accurate, subject-specific brain maps, including cases involving existing abnormalities and edemas.
- Connectomic Matrix: Uses machine learning algorithms to interpret the large number of interconnections within the brain and present them in an accessible format.
- Clinically relevant scan times: Relies on DTI and resting state fMRI scans that are acquirable on most standard MRI machines, with minimally extended scan times.
- No-code interface: Runs in a standard internet browser and is designed for users across all levels of computational skill.
- Scalability: Supports research projects of all sizes through a cloud-driven infrastructure.
Data Workflow and Security
- Built for HIPAA compliance to support patient privacy requirements.
- Integrates with PACs systems to support existing clinical data workflows.
- Uses natural language processing (NLP) to make data entry more efficient and scalable.
- Adapts to existing informational workflows within research or clinical environments.
Infinitome is developed by Omniscient Neurotechnology Pty, based in Sydney, Australia. The platform is designated for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic, treatment, or clinical decision-making purposes.
