Freezer Web Access

Freezer Web Access (FWA) by ATGC Labs is a laboratory sample tracking and data management system designed for bio-repositories and research laboratories. It supports the collection, processing, inventory, storage, and distribution of biological specimens, providing an organised and time-effective means of tracking samples on a large scale. The system is built to fit existing laboratory workflows through a highly configurable setup that can support multiple independent data sets and mirror the unique process steps of each individual laboratory.

Freezer Web Access is a web-based client/server application that is not cloud-based, eliminating concerns about cloud privacy threats. It requires no IT staff assistance for setup or use, making it accessible to researchers, technicians, and process engineers across biotechnology, biomedicine, and pharmaceutical industries. The system meets GLP and FDA guidelines, including 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, tracking every data change and requiring appropriate authentication for all activities. Sample Management & Storage

• Virtual containers are created to match the configuration and dimensions of physical storage containers, with a Quick Setup feature for easy configuration
• A Container Layout feature provides a visual representation of each container, clearly identifying occupied versus vacant spaces
