CLC Genomics Server
High-throughput sequencing data analysis with flexible server architecture, customizable workflows, and scalable job execution for genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics.
Overview
QIAGEN CLC Genomics Server is an advanced, high-throughput sequencing-focused bioinformatics computing platform designed for organizations that need a centralized, secure, and scalable solution for next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis. Built on a three-tier system architecture, it provides powerful and flexible bioinformatics services across genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics, making it suitable for research teams and bioinformatics groups handling large volumes of sequencing data. The platform is intended for molecular biology applications and is not intended for the diagnosis, prevention, or treatment of disease.
CLC Genomics Server is available in two subscription tiers: the Master Plus edition, which provides a static license with maintenance, upgrades, and service; and the Premium edition, which additionally includes extensions for CLC Microbial Genomics, CLC LightSpeed Module, CLC Single Cell Analysis, and CLC Genome Finishing Server.
