Beacon-1

Beacon-1 is a suite of state-of-the-art AI-powered ADMET prediction models developed by Inductive Bio. Designed for drug discovery teams, Beacon-1 learns from large datasets how best to represent chemical structures in order to generate highly accurate predictions across a broad range of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity endpoints. The models are fine-tuned and regularly updated to ensure optimal performance within each organization's specific chemical space.

Beacon-1 has demonstrated industry-leading predictive accuracy, achieving consecutive first-place finishes in the world's largest blind ADMET benchmarking competitions. In the 2025 Polaris Ligand ADMET competition run by OpenADMET in partnership with ASAP, Beacon-1 outperformed 39 competitors from leading AI drug discovery companies and academic groups, predicting ADMET properties for a coronavirus main protease program. In the 2026 OpenADMET blind competition run in partnership with ExpansionRx, Beacon-1 again took first place across more than 370 submissions, predicting up to 9 endpoints across over 2,250 compounds.
