Alexandria

Alexandria® is the Atropos Evidence™ Library developed by Atropos Health, described as the world's largest body of medical evidence for clinical decision support and large language model (LLM) training. It is designed for use across the healthcare ecosystem, including clinicians, researchers, health systems, and life sciences partners, enabling them to generate precise answers to complex medical questions. The library currently contains 33 million precision Evidence-Based Findings (pEBF™), with a target of 2 billion pEBFs by the end of 2026, which Atropos Health states would exceed all known medical evidence by 100x in volume.

Alexandria addresses evidence gaps by including patient populations that are frequently seen in clinical practice but underrepresented in randomized controlled trials (RCTs). The content within Alexandria is described as novel and unique, not available through published literature or other platforms, and spans multiple disease states, clinical specialties, treatment areas, conditions, regions, and institutions.
