Zendra Health, an Irish digital health firm, is set to raise between EUR 3 million and 5 million to further the development of its AI-driven ADHD app, Navigator, which has seen increasing adoption in Ireland, the UK, and the US.
The funding aims to bolster commercial efforts, particularly the establishment of a dedicated sales team in the US. Zendra Health's Navigator platform is already integrated into the Health Service Executive (HSE) and the UK's National Health Service (NHS), facilitating ADHD assessment and treatment management.
Founded in 2017 by brothers Thomas and David Coleman, Zendra Health focuses on digitizing ADHD care pathways to enhance collaboration among clinicians, families, and educators. CEO Thomas Coleman emphasized the platform's goal of making medication management for mental health more efficient and accessible, noting that early outcomes indicate significant improvements in the treatment process for ADHD patients.
Internal metrics reveal that healthcare teams utilizing Navigator are saving approximately 112 clinical hours weekly, enabling them to see about 33% more patients. The platform currently supports over 80,000 users and is also being adopted in US autism centers and a major psychiatric hospital in Ireland. As Zendra prepares for a larger fundraising round, it aims to leverage its data to enhance its market presence, particularly in the US.
This strategic move reflects a growing trend in digital health, where AI applications are increasingly recognized for their potential to streamline healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes. Zendra's focus on evidence-based results could position it favorably in a competitive landscape as it seeks to expand its reach.
