Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is set to establish a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Hyderabad, aiming to enhance its operations and support its mission of delivering new medicines to patients.
This strategic move will allow Regeneron to expand its global footprint and create hundreds of jobs over the coming years. The company, recognized for its innovative approach in biotechnology, currently has 15 approved medicines and a robust pipeline of nearly 50 candidates across various therapeutic areas.
Hyderabad is positioned as a prominent hub for life sciences, boasting over 450 Global Capability Centres and a rich talent pool in biotechnology, AI, and digital technologies. This development not only reinforces Regeneron's commitment to India but also highlights the country's significance as a strategic partner in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Set to commence operations in the latter half of 2026, the GCC will build upon Regeneron's existing presence in Bengaluru, further solidifying its investment in India's innovation ecosystem and research capabilities.
