SwishX has introduced its Agentic AI platform tailored for the pharmaceutical and medtech sectors, alongside securing $2.2 million in seed funding from various investors.

The Bengaluru-based startup, founded by former executives from Google and Amazon, aims to achieve $5 million in annual recurring revenue and onboard over 100 enterprise clients by FY 2026–27. The company is set to expand its reach into emerging markets, including regions in Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.

SwishX's platform seeks to enhance commercial operations by employing AI agents that automate data analysis, streamline workflows, and facilitate informed business decisions. It addresses the prevalent reliance on outdated methods such as spreadsheets and manual processes, which often hinder timely decision-making. The platform claims to have the potential to boost revenue outcomes by up to 30% by autonomously analyzing public tenders, processing procurement documents, and generating personalized marketing content.

Initially focusing on the Indian market, SwishX is integrating insights from multiple regions to bolster its international operations. The startup is poised to capitalize on the increasing adoption of AI within the pharmaceutical industry, which is projected to unlock substantial annual value. Looking ahead, SwishX plans to diversify its offerings to include AI-driven drug discovery and advanced operational systems for life sciences companies.
