Real Chemistry has unveiled MaestroHCP, an AI-driven platform designed to enhance the efficiency of omnichannel marketing in the pharmaceutical sector.

MaestroHCP was developed to address the shortcomings of existing next best action decision engines, which often overlook the subtleties of non-personal promotion, according to Elizabeth Beringer, president of Real Chemistry Media. While these engines guide sales representatives on where to focus their efforts, they fail to effectively engage physicians through various channels. Beringer illustrated this gap by mentioning instances where the engine might suggest a doctor visit a website, without considering how to motivate that action.

The platform aims to bridge the divide between decision engines and media investments, integrating various channels and customer relationship management systems. MaestroHCP features optional AI capabilities that enable real-time decision-making regarding the most effective channels and tactics. Beringer expressed confidence in the AI's ability to surpass traditional marketing approaches while also providing a familiar structure for marketers hesitant to fully embrace AI technology.

Developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, MaestroHCP offers clients the flexibility to utilize their own AI models alongside Real Chemistry’s custom solutions. This adaptability is particularly timely, as pharmaceutical marketers face pressure to maintain budgets while increasing revenue. Beringer emphasized that MaestroHCP is a significant tool in addressing these challenges, aiming to optimize marketing investments and drive better outcomes.
