The alliance, formalized through a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation, will focus on developing AI-enabled clinical services, insurance solutions, and cross-border healthcare networks linking China and Southeast Asia. QingSong Health plans to utilize its AIcare technology and QSevidence system, while Basel Medical Group will bring its established healthcare services and client network to the collaboration.
The partnership aims to enhance existing healthcare offerings through AI applications, such as clinical decision support, patient service automation, and insurance processes. Additionally, the initiative seeks to create a service corridor that integrates healthcare systems between China and Southeast Asia, leveraging both companies' strengths in their respective regions.
QingSong Health, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, has been advancing its digital health capabilities, while Basel Medical Group specializes in orthopedic and trauma care with a robust corporate client base.
