Onto Health has strengthened its position in reproductive medicine by acquiring Levy Health, a company specializing in fertility software that enhances precision diagnostics and patient intake processes.
This acquisition comes after Onto Health's successful $20 million Series A funding round in April, which aims to bolster the company's scalable, technology-driven infrastructure in the field. Roohi Jeelani, MD and founder of Onto Health, indicated that this is just the beginning of a broader expansion strategy, emphasizing a commitment to maintaining a personal approach in fertility care while integrating technological advancements.
Based in Chicago, Onto Health merges evidence-based fertility practices with AI-driven diagnostics and clinical automation. The software developed by Levy Health, which originated in Berlin and has a presence in San Francisco, aids medical providers in swiftly identifying endocrine disorders, thereby streamlining fertility assessments.
Co-founder Caroline Mitterdorfer highlighted that this merger would enhance Levy Health's offerings, allowing for a wider distribution of fertility care tools to clinics and patients, ultimately enabling physicians to concentrate more on patient interactions. With plans to expand its footprint in the greater Chicago area and venture into the Gulf Cooperation Council, Onto Health is poised for significant growth in the reproductive health sector.
