Over 50 organizations, including notable institutions like the Arc Institute and the University of Washington’s Institute for Protein Design, are utilizing the toolkit for tasks such as molecular docking and biomarker discovery. The collaboration with the Institute for Protein Design has reportedly doubled the performance of models like RosettaFold3, showcasing the toolkit's impact on research efficiency.
