The single-cell sequencing service allows researchers to analyze gene expression at the single-cell or single-nucleus level, enabling the exploration of cellular diversity and the identification of rare cell populations. This initiative follows the recent introduction of Novogene’s Untargeted Metabolomics Service and is part of a broader strategy to enhance the capabilities at the Cambridge site. The service focuses on 3′ gene expression using advanced technology, including GEM-X chemistry and high-throughput Illumina sequencing, catering to various research fields such as oncology, immunology, and drug discovery.
