Nordic Capital has announced a definitive agreement to sell ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of ArisGlobal as a leading software provider in the life sciences sector. This transaction represents Nordic Capital's full exit from its investment, following a successful partnership that transformed ArisGlobal into a robust, cloud-native platform enhanced by AI capabilities.

Founded in 1989, ArisGlobal has developed its flagship LifeSphere® platform, which integrates regulatory, safety, and quality software solutions for over 200 clients, including major pharmaceutical and biotech companies. The platform's advanced AI functionalities streamline regulatory submissions and pharmacovigilance processes, significantly improving efficiency and compliance.

Nordic Capital's investment journey began in 2019, focusing on modernizing ArisGlobal's technology and expanding its market presence. This included the introduction of NavaX, a generative AI solution that automates safety case processing, further establishing ArisGlobal's position in the drug safety landscape. The company is now poised to generate approximately USD 175 million in revenue by 2026, driven by increasing regulatory demands and the need for advanced software solutions in life sciences.

The acquisition by Dassault Systèmes is expected to create a synergistic relationship, combining ArisGlobal's AI-driven software with Dassault's capabilities across the life sciences value chain. This partnership aims to enhance innovation and growth, positioning ArisGlobal for continued success in an evolving regulatory environment.
