This collaboration merges Mankind Pharma's extensive research and clinical development expertise with Denovo Sciences' advanced AI platform, which specializes in molecular generation and prioritization. The partnership adopts a human-in-the-loop approach, allowing AI to generate and assess molecular candidates while scientists refine these candidates throughout the discovery phase.
The initiative seeks to shorten drug discovery timelines and improve the quality of lead candidates, ensuring that only those with the highest potential advance. Sanjay Koul, President of R&D at Mankind Pharma, emphasized that leveraging AI will significantly enhance the efficiency of early-stage discovery, ultimately leading to better and more accessible therapies for patients.
