Lord's Mark Industries has unveiled India's first AI-driven integrated dialysis ecosystem at Shakti Super Speciality Hospital in Ahmedabad, centered around the innovative Renalyx machine and supported by advanced clinical platforms.
The Renalyx machine is a CE-certified hemodialysis system that operates in conjunction with RenalOS, a clinical intelligence platform designed for real-time monitoring and predictive alerts during dialysis. This integrated ecosystem comprises three layers: the Renalyx machine, the RenalOS platform, and Aureoon, a Dialysis-as-a-Service model that facilitates the operation of dialysis centers without the need for significant upfront investment.
According to Sachidanand Upadhyay, Managing Director of Lord’s Mark Industries, this initiative is part of a broader commitment to establish India as a leader in AI-based medical device innovation. The Renalyx system aims to enhance dialysis care by integrating automation into clinical workflows, allowing for continuous monitoring and early detection of complications, thus shifting care from episodic to a more personalized approach.
The operational model also enables hospitals to outsource infrastructure and management, which may reduce barriers to expanding dialysis services. Lord’s Mark plans to establish 50 managed centers across India by March 2027, furthering its goal of scaling both domestic and export capabilities in dialysis technology.
