IGC Pharma is set to present its innovative AI tools for Alzheimer's research at the upcoming Alzheimer's Association International Conference (AAIC) 2026 in London, showcasing advancements aimed at transforming data integration and patient stratification in clinical development.

The company will highlight seven scientific presentations that feature a range of AI technologies, including the Agentic Harmonization Assistant (AHA). This proprietary platform has demonstrated a significant reduction in data harmonization time, cutting a 28-hour manual process down to just 2.5 hours, achieving a 90% efficiency increase. This capability is crucial for addressing obstacles in Alzheimer's research, such as fragmented datasets and lengthy patient identification processes.

In addition to the AHA platform, IGC Pharma's presentations will cover the use of machine learning for identifying speech patterns linked to cognitive decline and the mining of electronic health records to facilitate dementia detection and clinical trial recruitment. The integration of multi-omics data and advanced modeling techniques aims to refine therapeutic development and patient stratification.

As IGC Pharma continues to progress its lead asset, IGC-AD1, in the Phase 2 CALMA trial for Alzheimer's-related agitation, the company believes that its AI innovations will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future clinical trials. This strategic focus on AI not only positions IGC Pharma at the forefront of Alzheimer's research but also reflects a broader trend in the industry towards leveraging technology for improved patient outcomes.
