iLiveConnect is designed as a doctor-led platform that facilitates real-time health monitoring and continuous care for patients with chronic conditions, while WoundHeal+ employs advanced technologies like fluorescence imaging and AI-assisted assessments to improve wound care outcomes. This innovative approach seeks to fill gaps in patient care that often occur between clinical visits.
