
AutoVRse has successfully raised $2.4 million to enhance its AI-driven virtual reality training solutions aimed at the pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.
This funding round, co-led by Singularity AMC and Lumikai, will facilitate compliance certifications, improve integrations with learning and quality management systems, and support the company's expansion into North America, Europe, the GCC, and India. Founded in 2016 in Bengaluru, AutoVRse specializes in immersive VR training and AI-powered smart-glasses that assist enterprises in training frontline employees and providing real-time operational guidance.
Currently, AutoVRse serves over 500,000 users across more than 50 enterprise clients, including five of the largest pharmaceutical companies globally. Its platform effectively combines VR training with AI assistance, allowing technicians and field service engineers to access verified procedural knowledge during complex tasks. Notably, over 5,000 engineers from a leading MedTech company utilize the smart-glasses for real-time support during equipment servicing.
Co-Founder and CEO Ashwin Jaishanker emphasized the importance of reliability in AI applications within regulated industries, stating that their experience in VR training has led them to create a trustworthy knowledge layer for AI. The company's VRseBuilder platform is central to its offerings, converting expert operational knowledge into structured content that complies with stringent regulatory standards. The recent capital infusion will enable AutoVRse to further its mission in enhancing training methodologies in these highly regulated environments.
