Aidoc has received breakthrough designation for its AI system, First Read, which analyzes chest X-rays.
The AI technology is designed to produce preliminary reports on over 100 specific findings related to chest imaging. However, it’s important to note that all reports generated by First Read will still require validation and signature from a radiologist before they can be finalized. Aidoc has opted not to disclose the complete list of findings at this stage, as the product is still in the pre-market phase.
