Brainomix AI lends weight to Endeavor Bio's IPF trial data

Brainomix's AI technology has enhanced the data analysis of a phase 2a trial for Endeavor BioMedicines' taladegib, a promising treatment for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).The post hoc analysis revealed that taladegib (ENV-101) significantly improved lung volume and reduced both total disease extent (TDE) and fibrosis severity in patients. Specifically, those treated with taladegib experienced a notable 204 mL increase in lung volume, contrasting with a 60 mL decrease in the placebo group.
