Clarida

Clarida is a qPCR workflow tool built for researchers who run quantitative PCR experiments. It covers the full process from plate design through data analysis to final reporting, with the goal of keeping all steps in a single, traceable environment rather than spread across separate instruments, spreadsheets, and analysis tools.

The tool was built by Jan Hellemans, co-author of the MIQE guidelines and creator of qbase+, and is designed to produce reports that are aligned with those guidelines by default.

Core Workflow

• Plate design and experimental setup within the same environment as analysis
• Cq value analysis with geNorm built in for reference gene validation
• Automatic generation of clean, traceable, MIQE-aligned reports at the end of each experiment
• Bench notes and annotations travel with the data through the full workflow, reducing the risk of information being lost or needing to be reconstructed from memory
